Renee Rasmussen, REALTOR

With 100+ years of real estate in Renee’s family, Renee was passionate about following in their footsteps, and she started her real estate career in 2002. Born and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin, Renee stepped into real estate as a secretary with Northwoods Realty of Minocqua. She has since excelled in real estate office administration and office management in the Appleton - Fox Valley area. Renee obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor in 2008 while continuing office management. She is now thrilled to be back in the Northwoods, living in the beautiful town of Lake Tomahawk and working alongside her husband (Chad Rasmussen), father (Ed Duda), and sister (Jess Wallace).

Renee thrives off of problem solving and accomplishing the impossible. She believes "There is Always a Way" to help people achieve their goals. Renee is extremely conscientious, driven, persistent, with an excellent sense of humor. Buying or selling property can sometimes be stressful, and Renee is devoted to listening to your needs and keeping things calm.

Chad Rasmussen, REALTOR

Chad first entered into the real estate business in 2001 in the Fox Valley area, where he is from. His love for the Northwoods started at a young age when he and his family would visit his grandparents at their lake cabin every summer. By the grace of God he found his wife Renee, whom is from Minocqua, and relocated to Lake Tomahawk in 2017. In 2018, Chad joined Renee at Redman Realty Group, where they have started a real estate team partnership in addition to their life partnership. Chad is eager to bring his Fox Valley sales experience to the Northwoods, where he is truly grateful to call home.  

Chad is extremely patient, conscientious, and caring. He will take the time to listen to his client's needs and do his part to help them remain protected with their investment. Chad is amazing helping buyers feel at ease during home showings. He is also excellent at providing thorough video tours of properties when buyers are unable to attend showings in person. Because of this, our team has successfully closed multiple properties sight unseen. Chad also meets with prospective home sellers, and our team will provide a detailed market analysis to help determine when the right time is to sell.

Chad obtained his Part 107 (Drone Pilot) license in 2020, and this has enabled him to provide the Rasmussen Team's clients with high-quality aerial photography and video.


Jess Wallace, Licensed Assistant

Renee’s sister Jess obtained her real estate license and joined Redman Realty Group in 2014. She has since joined the Rasmussen Team in 2021 and is dedicated to assisting Chad and Renee while ensuring their clients are well taken care of. She has an amazing caring nature and offers excellent attention to detail. Jess is a considerable asset to the Rasmussen Team with her administrative expertise, and her efforts have resulted in a clear increase in efficiency for the team.
